Walmart of Oshkosh,Wi Vows To Be Coupon Friendly and Follow Corporate Policy

Finally Got a little head way with WALMART!! I called the walmart that I have had the most issues with and spoke to the MAIN store manager... Carlos Rodrigous.... I informed Carlos about the issues with his stores not accepting coupons on giftsets, at first he stated that coupons where only valid on non clearance items, I told him that that is in no way stated on implied in The CORPORATE POLICY. I then Discussed the refusal to provide overage. he said no we can only give what you pay, so I READ THE POLICY TO HIM.. I informed him that I had shopped in various locations in the fox valley and his was the only one to my Knowledge NOT COMPLYING with CORPORATE Policy. He was Very Courteous. Apologized sincerely and gave me his guarantee that the cashiers and CSMs would Receive a Vigorous Education On THE CORPORATE POLICY. I suggested Printing the policy and posting it at EVERY register To avoid confusion in the future. I hope he does this as I truly believe its the best way to ensure Compliance. He also Offered me reimbursement on the Overage I did not receive "to ensure he did whatever possible to ensure my happiness and keep me as a Valued customer". I am VERY pleased with our Conversation and hopeful that within a couple weeks WE COUPONERS might get the respect we deserve :) I will keep you posted.. If you have issues with your local store, TRY THIS APPROACH!! It may help to make walmart as coupon friendly as their ads state they are!! My hopes are , if this goes well I will start reposting walmart matchups in the coming weeks!

Walmart... a Couponers Worst Nightmare!!!

Walmart is Being Worse then EVER!!
They where being HORRENDOUS today!! A lot of store managers where going against the coupons wording and refusing to take them.. I had to call corperate to force the issue.. This is WHY I HATE WALMART!! They refuse to honor thier own policies, They refuse to accept Valid Coupons in accordance to thier use specifications, and NOW they are refusing to allow overages... so you give them a Coupon for $3 on a $1.97 item, the only credit your order the $1.97 b ut get reimbursed by the company the FULL $3.00. FRAUD!! I hope the Companies start to Crack down on this and Corperate gets the Managers some Training on couponing, or walmart stands to Lose Millions in Couponer REvenue and a HECK OF A LOT of customers.. I can shop at Target and Kmart for household stuff, Plus online, at Pick n save for food.. I dont need to go to walmart where Public Humiliation and Degradation are all COUPONERS REcieve!!!
